1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, completing a registration or admission form, or making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About Our Services

ANHI is an international online academy offering:

• Flexi School K–12 (American Curriculum)
• Alimiyyah Program (Islamic Scholarship)
• Weekend Maktab (Children's Islamic Education)
• ESL Coaching (English for Non-Native Speakers)

All programs are delivered entirely online via live sessions and/or recorded classes.

3. Enrollment and Registration

• Enrollment is subject to availability and confirmation by our admissions team.
• Completing a registration form does not guarantee immediate enrollment.
• A placement assessment may be conducted prior to class allocation.
• ANHI reserves the right to refuse enrollment at its discretion.
• Parent or guardian consent is required for students under 18.

4. Fees and Payments

• All fees are listed in USD unless otherwise agreed.
• Tuition is charged on a monthly basis for most programs.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• A one-time registration fee of USD 50 may apply.
• Fees are due before the start of each monthly term unless otherwise agreed.
• ANHI reserves the right to revise fee structures with advance notice.

5. Refund Policy

• The registration fee is non-refundable.
• Monthly tuition refunds are considered only if a written request is submitted within 5 days of payment and before classes commence.
• No refunds will be issued for classes already attended or for absences.
• All refund requests must be directed to ANHI@academynoorulhidaaya.com.

6. Student Conduct

All students are expected to:

• Attend classes punctually and with proper preparation.
• Treat teachers and fellow students with respect.
• Maintain Islamic adab (etiquette) during all online sessions.
• Not share class recordings or materials without permission.
• Follow instructions and guidelines provided by ANHI staff.

ANHI reserves the right to suspend or remove any student whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to others, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, worksheets, and content provided by ANHI are the intellectual property of Academy Noorul Hidaaya International / FAKT IMPEX INC. Students may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share any materials without express written permission.

8. Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have:

• A stable internet connection.
• A suitable device (laptop, tablet, or desktop computer).
• A quiet learning environment.
• Required applications (e.g. Zoom or Google Meet as advised).

ANHI is not responsible for disruptions caused by the student's internet or device issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

ANHI provides educational services in good faith. We are not liable for:

• Any technical disruptions beyond our control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Results or outcomes of academic or religious study.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall first be addressed through mutual resolution. ANHI operates internationally and aims to resolve all concerns amicably.

11. Changes to Terms

ANHI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
